An exclusive, French Provence-style house with a large closed yard. The yard has an outdoor terrace, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and a Kamado grill, a hot tub and a sauna. Homestead on the very bank of the Žeimena river, which is very popular with kayakers. For an additional fee, you can book kayaking, and upon arrival, disembark right next to the homestead. We can prepare a hot tub or sauna for an additional fee. There is a playground, waterfront, basketball court, and tennis courts nearby. The space The house is 140 m2, two floors with a terrace on the second floor, which has a wonderful view of the Žeimena river. Inside there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. Here you will find a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a TV and everything you might need to feel at home. On the second floor, you will find a spacious TV and relaxation area where you can read a book or play a game of chess. Inside there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a porch/porch where you will find a sofa bed. 2 children could easily sleep here. The spacious lounge area on the second floor also has a sleeper sofa. The house can accommodate 6 adults or two families with children (4 adults + 4 children). Guest access This Riverside home stands on the very bank of the Žeimena River, which is very popular and appreciated by kayak lovers. So, for an additional fee, you can order kayaking, we will choose the duration of the swim according to your bilities, and you can arrive and disembark right next to the homestead. You will be alone in the entire homestead. We can prepare a hot tub or sauna for an additional fee. 100 years away from the house there is a children's playground with swings, baskets and a great embankment. Next comes the park with a newly installed basketball court, volleyball area, tennis/paddle courts, skateboarding and roller skating tracks. Here you will definitely find a place to walk and spend time actively with your children and family. The area is surrounded by pine forests, so the air is very clean and pure, the place is very quiet and secluded. 500 years within a radius you will find all grocery stores (Maxima, Norfa...), pharmacy, gas station and other necessary infrastructure. So it's not really necessary to carry food bags from home, and to go through the experience of forgetting something, because you can buy everything right here on the spot. If you drive from Vilnius, it will take just half an hour, driving on a good paved road. Other things to note I value order and respect for people and the environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited near or in the buildings. In the homestead, you can rest peacefully with your family or have a romantic time. You can book kayaking, sauna or hot tub separately.
