The estate is on the very bank of the Zheymena River, which is very popular among kayakers. Kayaking can be arranged for an extra fee, and upon arrival you can get off right next to the estate. We can prepare a Jacuzzi or sauna for an extra fee. There is a playground, promenade, basketball court and tennis courts nearby. The space The house is 140 m2, two floors with a terrace on the second floor, which has a wonderful view of the Žeimena river. Inside there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. Here you will find a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a TV and everything you might need to feel at home. On the second floor, you will find a spacious TV and relaxation area where you can read a book or play a game of chess. Inside there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a porch/porch where you will find a sofa bed. 2 children could easily sleep here. The spacious lounge area on the second floor also has a sleeper sofa. The house can accommodate 6 adults or two families with children (4 adults + 4 children). Guest access This estate is located on the very bank of the Zheymena River, which is very popular and appreciated by kayak lovers. So, for an extra fee you can order kayaking, we will choose the duration of the swim according to your capabilities, and you can arrive and land right next to the estate. You will be alone in the entire estate. We can prepare a Jacuzzi or sauna for an extra fee. 100 years away from home, there is a playground with swings, baskets and a great promenade. Next is a park with a newly installed basketball court, volleyball court, tennis and paddle tennis courts, skateboarding and roller skating tracks. Here you will definitely find a place to walk and actively spend time with children and family. The area is surrounded by pine forest, so the air here is very clean and pure, the place is very quiet and secluded. Within a 500-year radius you will find all grocery stores (Maxima, Norfa...), a pharmacy, gas station and other necessary infrastructure. So you don't have to carry bags of food from home and go through the experience of forgetting something, because you can buy everything right here on the spot. If you drive from Vilnius, it will take only half an hour on a good asphalt road. Other things to note I appreciate order and respect for people and the environment. Smoking is strictly forbidden near or inside buildings. In the estate you can relax with your family and have a romantic time. You can book kayaking, sauna or hot tub separately.
