The home is a modern take on the traditional saltbox design, offering stunning panoramic views of the Tablelands UNESCO World Heritage site, Shagg cliff, and beautiful Bonne Bay. It is the perfect home base for your outdoor activities, with endless opportunities for exploration and adventure. The space With an open concept design and vaulted ceilings, our home offers a unique and inviting space to relax and unwind. The 1400 Sqft+ loft-style home boasts 8 picture windows that offer stunning views of the dramatic landscape. Upstairs, the bedroom area features a casper king-sized bed (for the best sleep ever), free-standing closet, and hand-made rocking chair. The dedicated work space comes with lounging area, and a full bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub. Downstairs features the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and an open concept dining, kitchen, living area with wood-burning stove. Our home is filled with personal touches inspired by traditional Newfoundland design, complete with quirky details that add character to the space. Much of the furniture is hand-made and/or antique, and the art on the walls is by local artists. Our style is a nod to the local culture of subsistence living, where you make what you have work and add a pop of color to brighten up your days.
