There is a vehicle parked there that belongs to the homeowner. If the Garage is really needed, accommodations can be discussed. 3) There is a shared laundry area that may be accessed by homeowner.. but rarely . Other things to note There is a small one bedroom suite above the garage which is occupied. It has its own private entrance and there is no access to the house from the suite or vice versa.
