The space The accommodation is spread over 2 floors, with an area of more than 20 m² each. The day area, living room/kitchen and shower room/toilet (refurbished) on the 1st floor and the night area, which is accessible by stairs secured with non-slip adhesive strips and a guardrail. It is possible to preserve your privacy thanks to the screen available in the room. The configuration of the premises and the electrical installation are not compatible with the recharging of an electric car (terminal 15 minutes from Souclin, super fast charge (300 Kwh) and at an unbeatable price (0.25 kwh) Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as the private garden (closed on one side out of two) below (key provided on arrival), with a magnificent view of the Rhône Valley. The garden is adjacent to those of the neighbors. Village without shops It will be useful to do your shopping beforehand, in the municipality of Lagnieu (Carrefour, Lidl...). A bocce court is located in the village, if you are a fan, remember to ask me for the bocce balls. There's also a city stadium, don't forget your basketball.
