Recently redecorated and freshly painted, our fully stocked home has everything you will need for a lovely time relaxing and exploring Government Camp and the Mount Hood National Forest area. The space Camp Creek Chalet is a 3 Story Townhome conveniently located in the heart of Government Camp. It is within walking distance to multiple Retail Shops, Restaurants, Groceries and Outdoor Activities. Skibowl's Winter/Summer Adventure Park, Timberline Lodge, and Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort are minutes away. There are an assortment of Lakes to visit nearby and an abundance of Hiking, Cross Country, and Mountain Bike Trails within minutes of the home. A collection of Board Games, Foosball Table, Dart Board, and Sleds for your enjoyment are also included. The first level is a heated two-car garage. In the garage, you will find a full-sized Washer and Dryer, a Utility Sink, Foosball Table and a Sleeper Sofa. This Townhome overlooks the creek from the Main Bedroom, Living Room, and Deck area. The space has been modernized with luxurious amenities for all guests to enjoy. Bedrooms: Main Bedroom- Queen Bed w/Gel Mattress Topper, Flat screen Roku Tv, and Ensuite Bathroom. Second Bedroom- Queen Bed w/Memory Foam Topper, Twin Bunk Beds, Flatscreen Roku TV. Open Den (listed as 3rd Bedroom)- This is an open den but tucked away and stays very dark for a good nights rest! Adult bunks - Queen over Queen. It doesn't have a door, but has space for suitcase and hooks to hang your things, including 3 drawer dresser. - All Bedrooms have new blackout top/bottom shades for a great nights sleep. - This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6-8 guests. - Additionally, the unit has a private patio with a secluded forest backdrop. We are conveniently located one building from the Heated Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna. Enjoy Wireless Internet and Cable on the new 50" Flat-Screen TV in the Living Room with additional TVs with Roku in Guest Bedrooms . There is a Gas Fireplace and Nest Speaker. Also, the home provides parents with a Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and children's dishes. Kitchen Items: Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Aeropress, French Press, Microwave, Gas Range, full size Fridge/freezer, Popcorn Popper, Crockpot, Roasting, Baking, and Muffin Pans, Pots, Pans of all sizes, Gas Grill and Tools, Oils/Salt/Pepper, Salad Spinner, full Knife Set, Kids Dishes/Silverware, every type of serving dish, pitchers, and plastic tumblers to use at the pool. Things to know: Free WiFi Full Kitchen Campers and RV's are not permitted on the property Guest access There is free parking for up to three vehicles (any open spot in Collins Lake) and the garage can accommodate one vehicle. The garage is manual open. Overflow parking in the Collins Lake lot. Please note that campers and RV's are not permitted on the property.
