The Guest house has: 1 king, 1 queen, 3 full, a trundle( 2 twins ) & a Bunk bed ( 2 twins), sofa sleeper. Guest House max is 8... Up to20 people total combined: There are two full kitchens - three decks, Two Outdoor Hot tubs, two inside jetted tubs, two living rooms, and rec room with Pool Table and Foosball. Four flat screen TVs. There is a lock-box for self check in. The garage is reserved for owner use. Pets requires advance notice and an additional fee of $ 90 or $30/nt. There is a studio / office via a separate driveway - that will not effect your rental in anyway. We generally are in North Lake Tahoe, and are available to help with any issues that might occur. Plus we have great Local Professional Management service if a problem need immediate attention. The Palisades Resort (Squaw Valley ) & Lake Tahoe are internationally known for outdoor recreation: Skiing, Snowboarding, Mtn Bike, & Hiking are all right out the door. The Olympic Valley Village offers fine dining, bars and shopping. Tahoe City and Truckee are both fun lively mountain towns each with it's unique atmosphere. The Mountaineer runs a free shuttle to the Resort, Ski Area, and the Village at Palisades. They will pick up and drop off at our door by request. download the app. its essentially a free uber. They add buses during peak season to North Lake Tahoe and the valley both have excellent public transportation. TART buses run to Truckee and around the Lake. Dogs are allowed but require advance notice and an additional fee: $90 or $30/nt on longer stays dogs. Cats are not allowed at this time. Dogs and owner must follow posted doggie rules and pick up after their pet. House Parties are Banned !
