This is a studio condo unit with double size bed, air-condition, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot water and shower. There is a 24-hour reception lobby which you can contact via intercom. The building tower is very near the entrance/exit gate. Amazing window view as you can see mountain views and the amenities on ground floor. Free access to WiFi and smart TV with Netfllix, Youtube, etc. Kitchen is complete with cooking wares and utensils. There is also a dining table with two chairs. Recently renovated and painted, you will surely feel at home! Other things to note SMOKING IN THE UNIT AND BALCONY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! CORRESPONDING FINES MAY BE ISSUED. Pets are not allowed. Hanging of clothes by the windows is not allowed. A rack is provided in the balcony. Be mindful of the noise during your stay. Cooking of dried fish or any strong odor food is also prohibited. Please do not stick stickers or hang anything that may damaged the walls and painting. Kindly be informed that prior to check-in, an authorization letter from me is required. We are requesting an identification card once booking is confirmed for the letter. Upon arrival, you must present the identification cards of the individuals listed in the authorization letter to the security personnel at the premises.This protocol is in place to ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry. The condominium offers various amenities, including a gym, basketball court, screening room, music room, yoga deck, sky park, and sky lounge. To access these facilities, please register your schedule with the lobby. You will need to sign up at the clubhouse to access the free pool, max of 2 names only. Kindly clean up after yourself and ensure proper disposal of leftover food. If the garbage can is full, you may dispose of the trash in the larger bin located at the fire exit on each floor. Please note that parties are not permitted.
