Well connected (bus, tram & metro) to reach the city center. The space You will have access to the whole apartment. It is located on the 1st floor of 6. There is an elevator Guest access Guests have the entire accommodation which includes a bedroom, kitchen, living room with access to a beautiful terrace, bathroom and separate toilet. Other things to note BOOKING: A copy of the ID or passport of the people staying in the apartment will be required when you book. CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Follow the check-in and checkout rules. Please read them carefully before booking. SECURITY: Always lock doors and close all windows securely before leaving the accommodation. NEIGHBORHOOD: Scrupulously respect the quiet in the accommodation from 10:00 p.m. Respect the quiet in the hallways and floors of the building at all hours. We love our neighbors and are in contact with them. PARTIES/EVENTS: No parties or events without prior written consent. ADDITIONAL TRAVELER: No additional traveler(s) without prior written consent. SMOKE: No smoking in the home or building. SELECTIVE SORTING: Respect the sorting of waste as indicated on site. DISHES: Clean all the dishes you used during your stay before checking out. OTHERS: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, bring it back. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make it dirty, clean it. If you move it, put it back. ***** CHECK-IN RULES TIME - The accommodation will be available from 5:00 p.m. - If check-in before 5:00 p.m. is possible, we will only be able to notify you on the same day. ACCESS - The access procedure from outside the building to the inside of the accommodation can be found in the Airbnb guide. - You'll receive the Airbnb guide as soon as your booking is confirmed. - Access codes are only sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival ***** CHECKOUT RULES TIME - Check-out is at 11am at the latest. BEFORE YOU LEAVE - Clean all the dishes you used during your stay. - Set all radiator valves to 1 or 2. - Turn off all lights. - Close all windows. KEYS - Lock the door. - Put the keys back in the lockbox. - Close the lock box. - Turn the numbers on the padlock to a random number. PLEASE NOTE: Put the keys in the key box and not in the mailbox. CAUTION: Do not reset the padlock code using the internal mechanism. ***** TROUBLESHOOTING - If you report a problem and request its resolution, you authorize our team and/or a subcontractor of our choice to intervene inside the accommodation during your stay. - We will make our best efforts to set the time of the intervention taking into account your preferences. - If the intervention cannot take place at the time you prefer, you authorize our team and/or a subcontractor of our choice to intervene inside the accommodation at the most convenient time for us, whether you are on site or not. ***** MAINTENANCE OF THE ACCOMMODATION We may ask you to access the interior of the accommodation for specific actions related to the maintenance of the accommodation. - These actions are rare but necessary. They usually take less than half an hour. - These actions may include (but are not limited to): Boiler maintenance; repair, upgrade, installation of housing equipment; a quick visit by a building contractor to receive a quote to improve the accommodation; etc. - We will have previously made our best efforts to prevent them from taking place during your stay without being successful. - You authorize our team and/or a subcontractor of our choice to enter the accommodation during your stay for one or more actions related to the maintenance of the accommodation. ***** By accepting these rules: - You allow us to prepare everything for your arrival. - You give us the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star experience. - You allow us to write you a good review. - You ensure the maintenance of your personal safety. - You reassure us of your intentions to spend a stay with us while respecting the neighborhood that welcomes you and its local inhabitants.
