Unit is conveniently located mins away from hiking areas in Red Rock, Valley of Fire and 2hrs from Zion and Bryce Natl Parks The space This luxurious suite is conveniently located 10-12 mins from the strip and airport with quick access to I-15 and I-215 We are a quick walk to a strip mall with (Walmart, Starbucks, FedEx, Dollar store and several fast food restaurants. The convenience of the freeways allow quick access to Red Rock ,Valley of Fire National Parks and Hoover Damn. This unit is centrally located providing easy access to North Las Vegas and the city of Henderson Guest access The guest has access to this luxurious suite , private outdoor space, oversized pool and shared laundry Other things to note Las Vegas ordinance does not allow for parties ,events or celebrations and require noise meters on site for excessive or loud noises between 10pm- 10am. If code enforcement presents at the property for disturbances or excessive noise a citation for $250 or more for any celebrations, parties and events can be issued to each person on location The first camera is mounted on the south or right corner of the house recording 24/7 all person, things or events upon entering, exiting and interacting in the gated outdoor space. In addition there is a second camera mounted at the rear south corner of the house recording 24/7 all activities in the backyard and pool area .. There are no camera’s in the interior of the home or casita mounted or recording The Laundry and driveway are SHARED. Right parking spot allocated for the Casita and left for the house. The laundry is shared between 8am -9pm and to be completed before 10pm on consideration of all guest. At no time should the guest of either listing open and access the outdoor gate entering their out guest outdoor space No service animal can be left at the property by their self at anytime.
