Our cozy 1950s cottage mixes historic charm with updated décor. A perfect getaway, just blocks from cafes, breweries, live music venues, and shops on 30th and University. Take a laid-back stroll to a coffeeshop among neighbors ahead of your adventures around the city: by car you’re within 10 minutes of Balboa Park and the Zoo, Snapdragon Stadium, and SDSU; 15 minutes from the airport and downtown/convention center, and 20 to the beach. Urban San Diego at your fingertips! The space The unit has one queen bed and one queen-size futon in the living area that can be converted upon request. There is a closet and a few drawers so that you can put your things away comfortably. Each room has a 55" Roku-enabled TV, and the kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and the tools you'll need to make simple meals during your stay. Guest access There is a dedicated entry to the back unit along a path of cement pavers, and there are a few steps up into the unit. The entire guesthouse is for your exclusive use.
