Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. 1.Check in Method Check in will be in person. The keyrunner will meet you at the entrance of the apartment/building. 2. Check in Time Frame Guests may check in between 3:00 and 9:00 pm, by pre-arranging any specific time. Please inform us of your check in time so we can arrange a keyrunner to meet you and hand over the key. If no time provided, we can not guarantee that we can arrange for someone right away to help you with checking in. 3. Late check in Fee Check in after 9 pm will be charged additional $60 to cover for extra staff cost 4. Mailbox ⁠We cannot receive packages or letters to airbnb address. We do not have access to mailbox. 5. For lost keys/fob Guest will pay/cover cost for replacement. 6. Locked out In cases when guest left keys inside and can't enter unit, a fee will be applied to cover staffing cost who will help give access. 7. Extra person/bedding arrangement We will only accept the number of guests that are included on the booking, and will prepare bedding for guests according to the house specifications. Using sofas as beds is not allowed unless bedding for that is specifically arranged with us in advance. 8. Additional reminders We operate along common Airbnb practices, rather than that of hotels. Guests are responsible for leaving the house tidy, with trash disposed of properly, and no unwashed dishes. We do not provide new towels or house cleaning on a daily basis.
