Welcome to our newly renovated cottage with a breathtaking view! As you walk into our house, you'll immediately be taken away by the stunning vista and how close we are to the lake. The decor is meticulously designed, and we have plenty of seating for up to a family of six. With three bedrooms and two baths, you can enjoy your vacation or getaway in utmost comfort and peace. The space With three bedrooms and two baths, you can enjoy your vacation or getaway in utmost comfort and peace. One of the uniqueness of this house is how close you are to the lake and the large pictureque window to wake up to or take a sip of coffee or wine. If fishing is your passion, you can try your luck right off the pier. And for those who prefer a more relaxed experience, simply soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. You're also welcome to bring your own kayak and further explore the beauty of the lake. The master bedroom is located on the first floor making it accessible for anyone with mobility issue. *This cottage shares the lakefront, pier and parking with our Cottage A.* Guest access If you choose to rent this cottage, please note that you will be sharing parking and lakefront amenities, including the pier and the option to rent our pontoon boat. However, you will have your own private patio area attached to the house, providing a cozy and intimate space just for you. Pontoon boat is available in Summer for rent $200/day For the safety and well-being of our guests, we must inform you that our cottage is unsuitable for babies under the age of 2 due to the presence of a spiral staircase. We prioritize the safety of all our guests, and the spiral staircase may pose a potential hazard for young children who are still learning to navigate stairs. Other things to note A few important things to note: It's important to note that two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but they still offer comfortable accommodations for your stay. - Bedroom and bathroom layouts: Master bedroom with a king bed - Ground Floor. Bedroom with a twin bed + trundle - Lower Level. Bedroom with two twin beds - Lower Level. * One full bathroom on the each floor. - This cottage shares the lakefront, pier and parking with our Cottage A. - Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. - As we are located by the lake, our water may have a distinct mineral scent. This is common in lake houses and is completely safe. - Please be mindful of our sewage system and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper, as the city sewage by the lake is sensitive. - If you're interested in a leisurely outing on the lake, we offer pontoon boat rentals at $200 per night (only for summer season). - Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in. - During the May-June season, lake flies are abundant. They are harmless but can be an annoyance. They typically disappear within two weeks and are a food source for fish in the lake. It is important to keep windows and doors closed at night, as they are attracted to bright lights and can enter through screen doors. **************** We allow up to (2) dogs (DOGS ONLY) to accompany you with a non-refundable pet fee of $55 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host cats due to allergies. If a Guest brings a dog and does not inform us, a $1,000 pet fee will apply. A few important things to note: - The dog must be healthy, up to date on rabies and DHPP (vaccines for Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza and Parvovirus) - The dog must be flea and tick free and on current treatment - Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on the furniture or bedding will incur extra cleaning or replacement fees. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog refuse as well as cleaning the dog before she/he comes inside. Please bring your own towels to wipe dirty feet. - As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog or suffered by any person during Guests. - Kayaks and paddle boards are next to Cottage B and free for everyone to use. We have a total of 4 kayaks, one paddle board (adult size) and two paddle boards (kids size) all included in your stay. - Cornhole Toss Game only available for your backyard fun :) Please note: Violating our house rules may result in a $500 fine.
