The newly renovated cellar with accommodation is located in the center of the city in one of the oldest yet quiet parts of Podivín. Accommodation capacity is seven beds. (+ two extra beds). The basement also has a patio with seating, pergola, garden furniture, outdoor fireplace and smokehouse. In the winter months, the property is heated by a fireplace and gas heaters. The living area is equipped with a kitchen, stovetop, microwave, kettle. Sanitary facilities include a toilet, shower, water heating is provided by a boiler.
