It is situated next to a walkway which leads the beach, oceanside association pool, jacuzzi and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located about 5 houses away. (See map for precise location). The villa comes with a kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments. Appliances include a gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The second between has two twin beds. The bathrooms come with linens and towels. The patio has a BBQ and fire table for your enjoyment. Other luxuries include a flat screen TV with local cable, DVD player, fireplace and of course, WIFI. 240 Volt 40 amp plug (NEMA 14-50) in dedicated parking spot to charge electric vehicle. Las Gaviotas is the "crown jewel" of Baja California. It is a gated community resort with 24 security located about 45 minutes south of the U.S/Mexico border between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada about 5 minutes away from the Puerto Nuevo lobster village. If you are looking for a stress free relaxing environment, this is the place to be. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Note: This house has a strict limit of 4 people and no day guests are allowed. The guards are very strict about this policy and any extra people will not be allowed access the community. Amenities include a beach, pool, tennis/pickle ball, shuffleboard and gorgeous views. Not to mention the locally famous surf that is just walking distance from the villa. There is a mini bus that goes up and down the free road between Rosarito Beach and Prima Tapio. Ask security regarding cost and schedule. Taxi's are the best mode of transportation if you do not wish to drive. Cost varies based on the location of pick up and your destination. Cab fares are negotiable and make sure to agree to the fare before leaving. Due to supply and demand, fares are typically more expensive going to Rosarito, which can be up to $20. Returning from Rosarito, you should be able to negotiate a fare from $5-$10. A informational packet will be sent in a separate e-mail.
