This well appointed Mobile Home has all the amenities of home while still being able to enjoy your camping experience. There's swimming at the beach, fishing in the back pond, many trails to walk, activities for your whole family. They include kids crafts and Karaoke on Saturdays, corn hole tournaments, 2 playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball diamond and weekly themes! The space You can check out the website for the Berwagana Campground.com Berwagana Campground is a privately owned campground and as such the owner has requested that anyone renting a unit there MUST BE 21. Please make sure that you're at least 21 before requesting to rent our unit if not you may have you're reservation cancelled. If you book and show up at the campground and get carded there you will be asked to leave with no refund of your reservation. There is a double bed in the bedroom, a double pull out couch in the add a room, a double futon in the upstairs living area, as well as a single cot that can be placed anywhere. The Kitchen is well appointed with a full size fridge, gas stove, 2 slice toaster, microwave, small convection oven, electric frying pan, kettle, coffee pot (filters provided), tea pot, as well as your cooking pots and pans. Folding chairs are available to use for the beach or at our own private fire pit (wood will need to be purchased from the front office). There's enough parking for 3 cars in the lot. There is a stone cement pad out front with a patio set that seats 6 for your outdoor dining pleasure, also a bbq that you're welcome to use with all the utensils. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the back fishing pond where there are many trails to explore. There’s a wagon for you to use to pile in your chairs etc and head to the beach, or to go for a walk around the campground with the kiddos in tow! Up front of the campground is a lovely sandy beach, another children's playground, the bath house which has 4 showers and bathroom facilities. There are also 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundromat (coin operated). There is wifi in the campground itself, the arcade is the best place to get it. The wifi can be spotty in the Mobile home as it is one of the furthest away. One of the best spots to get wifi is at the beach, or by the arcade. There’s actually bench seating in there with power outlets if you need them. You can sit back and relax while your children attend one of the craft sessions, or candy bingo on certain days. Guest access You have full access to our mobile home. As well as the surrounding property to have your campfire at night, or eating on the back porch.
