Dimora Verger - Family Apartment

CIR: VDA_LT_AOSTA_0041 “Dimora Verger” is a refined, renovated apartment of 150 square metres in an elegant building in the heart of Aosta’s historic centre. Since the apartment faces a pedestrian-only street it allows you to immerse yourselves immediately in the city’s atmosphere, its history and beauty. The space This two-storey apartment is at your exclusive disposal and gives you the privacy to need to feel at home. On entering the ample sitting room you are welcomed by the double sleeping couch, dining room and well equipped kitchen, on the same level there is a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the sleeping area: a room with a large double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, opening onto a large terrace with view of our wonderful mountains. The bathroom with a hydro-massage tub invites you to enjoy relaxation and wellbeing. The apartment is air-conditioned in the sleeping areas and is equipped with laundry-hanging lines and television in every room. Guests have free access to the private sports equipment storage area in the basement, accessible via the staircase in the courtyard. Guest access The entrance to the apartment, which is on the second floor, is in a pedestrian-only street. There is a lift as well as the staircase. A public parking area (paying) can be found 60 m from the entrance and a larger one at 350 m. Other things to note The apartment has been renovated recently, please be careful of the appointments in general and of the parquet floors and carpets in particular. The kitchen area must be left tidy and any leftover foods removed, the fridge must be emptied before checkout. In Aosta garbage differentiation is compulsory, the various colour-coded containers are in the flat and the communal ones in the inner courtyard. Guests have free access to the private sports equipment storage area in the basement, accessible via the staircase in the courtyard, therefore it is forbidden to introduce skis, boards, boots etc into the apartment. The apartment is provided clean and supplied with the necessary linen; requesting additional linen and cleaning services is not envisaged. It is understood that our rules are accepted upon booking.
