You are welcomed in our newly built modern apartment at a great central location. The beautiful is a perfect choice for couples or solo travellers. This single-room apartment is fully equipped, has a huge terrace and equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Despite the quietness of the street, it is a vivid neighbourhood near the Hero's Square and many other attractions. The space The apartment is situated in a newly built apartment-building, on the 6th floor (there is an elevator). This one-room studio features a queen size bed, a TV and includes a dining area, an open plan modern kitchen. There is a huge balcony with a comfy outdoor couch where you can relax at evening with a glass of wine. There is one bathroom with a bath-tub. The apartment has heating and air-conditioning. We are also happy to help with recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, things to do, etc. - An initial set of bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes.
