Back at home, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and two comfortable bedrooms with Smart TVs, ideal for families, friends, or extended stays. Please note: The condo is located on a lower level and requires a few steps down to access. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the condo and all common areas of the complex. Wristbands provided inside the unit are required to access the amenities. Please note that lost wristbands incur a replacement fee of $2,000 MXN each and must be returned to their original location upon check-out. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not available. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee and must be requested in advance. • Pets are not allowed. • Exterior security cameras are present for the safety and security of guests and the property. • Access wristbands must be returned upon check-out. Lost or unreturned wristbands will incur a replacement fee of $2,000 MXN each. • A Pack n’ Play or beach kit is available for rent upon request with advance notice. • Parking spaces are compact and cannot accommodate large vehicles, oversized trucks, or trailers.
