Charming cottage with views of the river Orwell

Bugg Cottage is a cosy place, even though the name might suggest otherwise, we’ll make sure it’s cobweb free, ready and inviting. Situated down a peaceful lane with views of the River Orwell. The village pub offering good food a 3 min walk, nearby the marina and café. Plenty of footpaths to discover and explore with beautiful country lanes for whizzing around on bikes. It is a great setting to just relax or base for discovering the surrounding areas and the best Suffolk has to offer. The space Recently renovated in an idyllic spot we can’t wait for you to enjoy this cosy space. The ground floor ---------------------- An open plan lounge and dining area with a cosy corner. Well equipped kitchen, separate entrance with cloakroom and downstairs toilet. Upstairs ----------- The bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and sofa bed (additional guest fee applies if required, in order to make a 7th bed up) with relaxing views out to the river across the field. The second bedroom is a small double, again with beautiful views out to the river. The third back bedroom is set up as a twin room (upon request this can be set up as a double if necessary) provided a further 2 single guest beds for booking up to 6 for larger bookings. Kindly contact us if necessary to discuss/confirm your room requirements in order to suit best your party prior to booking. The spacious bathroom has a separate walk in shower and roll top bath, toilet and sink. Outside --------------- The property has a small court yard style garden at the side/back of the house and patio out the front for you to enjoy some al fresco dining in the warmer months as the sun goes down. Guest access You will have sole use of the cottage for the duration of your booking, this is the two front double occupancy rooms as standard for 4 people plus the option to add the use of sofa bed in the king room for the during of your stay depending on your booking /guest configuration. On booking for up to 4 guests you will automatically be allocated the two front rooms with views out to the river. For guests numbers of 4 or more, where the additional twin room is required additional guest fees apply. Other things to note Children --------------------- Infants and children are more than welcome in the cottage however please be aware it is not 'baby proof' and you will be required to bring your own equipment if needed ie. high chair and travel cot etc. Extra Guest Fee ———————— Bookings for up to 4 people are based on the occupancy of the front two bedrooms (2 beds/2 double rooms one king and one small double. There is an additional guest fee to have the sofa bed made up to accommodate an additional guest in the king room and for the twin back bedroom for bookings up to 6. Kindly confirm the most appropriate room configuration in order to best suit your party Parking ------------------- Parking is available for a small vehicle directly in front of the cottage via the white gates. You can also park larger vehicles or another car further along the track passed the property on the left hand side after the fence or on the right hand side against the fence, although not directly in front of the cart lodge for Broke House.
