Absolute waterfrontage, facing North. Such a great place to stay any time of the year and wind down. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing. There is a shared jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. BYO watercraft for an early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street. The space The front yard (roadside) is fully fenced. Consists of a grassed area, clothesline, garden and BBQ & a Smart TV. It has a very generous double carport. A path from the carport leads to the main entrance at the side the house. There are 6 stairs to the entrance door. The 3-bedroom house is very spacious and is nestled on a waterfront property with a private jetty, and a fenced yard. There is a grassed area and concrete ramp to the lake and jetty. On the shoreline of the property there are two stirrups and a bollard on the jetty for tying your boat up to. The waterfront views are mesmerizing and you can enjoy this from the inside of the house or from the verandah whilst taking in the views or catching fish off the jetty. The peace and quiet maybe a little out of the ordinary but time will certainly slow down for you to enjoy the moment and maybe doze off a little. There is a built-in Beefeater BBQ with a hood to cook on. Guest access All of the house is yours except a boatshed that is underneath the house. Other things to note BYO standup paddle board, kayak or boat. Don't forget the fishing rod as it is a great fishing spot.
