Absolute waterfrontage, facing North. Such a great place to stay any time of the year and wind down. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing. There is a shared jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. BYO watercraft for an early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street. The space The front yard (roadside) is fully fenced. Consists of a grassed area, clothesline, garden and BBQ & a Smart TV. It has a double carport which has a caravan most of the time on one side of the carport. A path from the carport leads you to the main entrance at the side the house. There is 6 stairs to the entrance door. The house is a very spacious 3 bedroom house which is nestled on a waterfront property which has a grassed area and concrete ramp to the lake and jetty. The waterfront views are amazing. Dine or slumber on the verandah whilst taking in the views or catching fish off the jetty. Guest access All of the house is yours except a boatshed that is underneath the house. A caravan (storage purposes only) is residing in half of the double carport. Other things to note BYO standup paddle board or kayak. Don't forget the fishing rod as it is a great fishing spot.
