The space La Caleta is small but super cozy. The apartment is located on the ground floor, all windows overlook the inner part of the estate (so it is very quiet). The estate has a pool, visible from the living room window (about 20m from the apartment). The neighborhood is small, so even in the summer there are no big crowds and you can relax in peace. The interior of La Caleta is an open space, with a separate bathroom and a partially separated glass bedroom wall. Neighborhood park and squares with palm trees and figurines, a playground, a recreation area, and lots of free parking spaces around the estate (which is a huge plus and easy in Torrevieja)! La Caleta is within walking distance of the sea. This will help you use the sea 100%, you won't be able to give up your trip to the beach because it's too hot for a longer walk or parking lots around the beach are crowded. Other things to note The apartment is located in a gated estate, which can only be accessed through a gate that opens with a key. Please take the keys with you every time you leave the estate. For this reason, check-in takes place with the participation of the apartment caretaker, who personally introduces the Guests to the estate and hands over the keys. The estate has both apartments for tourist rent and apartments for permanent residents. It is a quiet, intimate area, so after 10:00 p.m. there is a night silence – please avoid loud meetings and parties. We want to maintain a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all residents and guests. The apartment is adapted to the specific Mediterranean climate.
