Small peaceful house, for 3 people 1.5 km from the sea. Rated 3* Located in Agon-Coutainville, in the heart of the village of Agon, close to some shops. You will enjoy the entire place. The terrace is equipped with a table, armchairs, umbrella and barbecue. All the amenities for a quiet vacation. A living room with equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Two single-speed bikes available. The space The 50 m2 independent house is classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, sleeps up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 adult or child) and has: - A living room with sofa, large 121 cm 4k TV, mini Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, free Wi-Fi and pellet stove. - One upstairs bedroom with 2 beds (one queen size bed 160 x 200 and one single bed 90 x 190). Baby crib on request. The beds are made on arrival. - A terrace equipped with deckchairs and umbrella. - A small garden with table and barbecue - A fully equipped kitchen in the living room with electric stove and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. - A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. - A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment. - Two bicycles available. - The cleaning fee is reduced to 20 euros, which corresponds to the washing of towels, sheets and duvet covers. - We ask that you leave the space clean. The house is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation by the tourist office. Nearby you will find: bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, tobacco, bar... 2 km away you will find: supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, banks and of course the beach. Not accessible to PRM. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: the ground floor, the first floor, the terrace, the small garden, the laundry room. There are two bikes (no gears) available. Other things to note You will come to enjoy the fresh sea air, walks on the long dike, and shore fishing. The house is available year-round, on weekends, by the week (July and August). Outings: Mont St Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its crossing of the bay is an hour from the house. Granville with its visit to the old town and its Christian Dior museum 35 minutes away and its pier for the Chausey Islands and the Anglo-Norman Islands (Jersey, Guernsey). Coutances 15 minutes away, see its cathedral, its botanical garden. The landing beaches are 1 hour away (Omaha Beach, Utah Beach etc...) Cherbourg and the Cité de la Mer 1 hour away. In the North Cotentin: the Chemin des Douaniers, the Wild Coast. the House of Jacques Prévert in Omonville la Petite and the Nez de Jobourg.
