Harmoniously embedded on the Pantogia hill there is Villa Cercueil, a fantastic example of a villa by the architect Couëlle who contributed to the invention of the typical style of the Costa Smeralda and to the building of the same, as well as the author of works symbol of this place like the Cala di Volpe hotel and numerous luxury residences. The space Villa Cercueil is a holiday villa in Sardinia with pool built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large and bright open space composed of a living area with stone fireplace and a dining room, entirely in classic style and in which the pervasiveness of the white typical of the Mediterranean style contrasts harmoniously with the dark shades of the wood present in the essential forms of the house such as the beams of the ceiling and the architraves that separate the various environments. Large window doors separate the open space from the external veranda creating a continuum of light and colors that illuminates the whole house and gives it a warm feeling of the house, thanks to the fact that the common spaces have been designed to be completely open. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen that gives the outside and also furnished with clear and soft colors that are well married with the living of the floor. The same contrast given by the white with wooden colors also remains in the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is characterized by a spectacular panoramic view of the swimming pool and the sea. The upper floor of this villa with pool in Sardinia comprises two large and bright double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom: the first has a spacious external veranda and, in the style, here is added the decisive shade of turquoise that creates a strong synergy with the surrounding panorama. In the second double bedroom, the wooden element was maintained as constant of the furniture and this also has a panoramic balcony and surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1.000 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
