Cozy cottage in Kulhuse

Beautiful cottage on a hilltop - with a perfect location in Kulhuse, 10 min walk to the beautiful Kulhuse Strand and 5 min walk to shopping in "Hullet" with supermarket, antique shop and fishmonger. House from the 60s with kitchen-dining room + living room. Bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed for two people. In addition, a (summer) annex with a sofa bed. A small house for up to 4 people (possibly 5 if there are smaller children among them). The space The living room contains a dining area for 4-5 people and a sofa that can be folded out into a 140x200 cm bed. There is a TV with Chromecast and board games + puzzles and a mini portable music system. The kitchen area is an extension of the living room, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen there is an exit to a wooden terrace with a large gas grill. From the living room there is an exit through a double door to a covered tiled terrace, where the sun shines from the morning until it sets in the evening. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. In the garden is an annex with a sofa bed. The annex is insulated, but has no electricity and heat, and can therefore only be used in the summer months. The house is not big, but super cozy :-) The garden is amazing and the house is beautifully located on a hilltop and therefore completely undisturbed and private. Guest access You have access to the entire home and the beautiful garden. In the garden there is an annex that can be used in the summer. The house also has a large gas grill, garden games and a fire pit, so you can enjoy the Danish summer to the fullest!
