The space This recently remodeled loft, equipped with everything essential, and very comfortable, is ideal for short or long stays, work trips, or vacations with the family. The master bedroom has a double bed, A/C, TV, closet with hooks, iron, ironing board, and a mirror on the dresser. It also has a bureau, a comfortable chair, sheets, pillows, and blankets for all types of weather. It has everything you need for a good rest. In addition, it has access to a balcony, where you can relax. The living room has a sofa bed for two people and a beautiful view out the window. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, pans, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your food, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The dining room is located next to the kitchen so you can enjoy your meal. This area has a ceiling fan. The apartment has very good ventilation through the large windows in the living room and master bedroom, in addition to the ceiling fan and A/C. It is also perfectly lit in all areas, so you can enjoy your privacy without having to open the blinds if you wish. Outside the loft, there is a living room/hall with two armchairs and a small table, where you can go out to enjoy your coffee, wait for your transportation, or simply go out to talk and get some fresh air. The loft is on the upper floor, so you will have to climb some stairs that have railings on both sides. You will have your own parking lot, covered and locked with key. Guest access The keys will be handed to you through a safety box. We will send you the details prior to your arrival, and answer any questions you may have.
