Guest access The Chimney Hill Owners Association (CHOA) is wonderful to renters, but we specifically ask that you strictly observe quiet hours, our septic system requirements, wildlife trash requirements, and guest occupancy as many of our neighbors live in the neighborhood year round. These details are provided ahead of check in and are made available in our welcome book.
