Welcome to your ultimate mountain house in the heart of Chimney Hill, Wilmington, Vermont located 13 minutes from Mt. Snow and 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington. Our house has a large main floor primary suite, dual large upstairs bedrooms and bath, a lower level family room, 2 bonus rooms with a shared full bath, and a lower level bonus room and attached bath, as well a great mudroom entry from the garage. We are proudly dog friendly with our large, fenced back yard. SEASONAL RENTALS WELCOME! The space With 3 bedrooms, everyone will find their perfect nook for a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and is individually temperature controlled. There is a large main floor primary suite, dual large upstairs bedrooms and bath, a lower level family room, 2 bonus rooms with a shared full bath, and a lower level bonus room and attached bath, as well a great mudroom entry from the garage. Four bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. The heart of the house is the well-equipped kitchen, with modern appliances, expansive countertops, and all the utensils you might need. Guest access The Chimney Hill Owners Association (CHOA) is wonderful to renters, but we specifically ask that you strictly observe quiet hours, our septic system requirements, wildlife trash requirements, and guest occupancy as many of our neighbors live in the neighborhood year round. These details are provided ahead of check in and are made available in our welcome book. As part of the Chimney Hill Club Association, you'll have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including heated outdoor/indoor pools, hot tub, arcade, fitness room, great room with projection TV and surround sound, piano, BYOB, full kitchen, outdoor grills, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce court, sitting/reading rooms as well as a nearby stocked fishing pond, lighted basketball, and volleyball courts, picnic areas, ice skating rink with a warming hut, and expansive, direct access to VAST snowmobile and hiking trails. Other things to note Wilmington offers a mix of outdoor adventures, shopping, dining, and cultural experiences, making it a well-rounded destination for visitors of all interests. Guests can expect to enjoy the following: Mount Snow: (9 miles) A popular ski resort, Mount Snow offers winter activities like skiing and snowboarding. During the warmer months, it transforms into a hub for mountain biking, hiking, and scenic chairlift rides. Hiking and Outdoor Exploration: The surrounding Green Mountain National Forest provides ample opportunities for hiking and exploring nature. Trails like Harriman Reservoir (10 miles) and Haystack Mountain (6 miles) offer beautiful views and refreshing outdoor experiences.
