Only 5 minutes from the market and shopping area. The space The apartment has a useful area of 70 m2, it has 2 bedrooms, one double (2-person bed) and another secondary with a 1.5-person cabin, both with a coat rack to hang clothes, it also has a bathroom, a storage area, a kitchenette with dishes and basic cooking equipment, such as a kettle, rice cooker and refrigerator. It also has an integrated dining room area and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Guest access The apartment has independent access from the José de San Martin esplanade (upper part). The entrance to the apartment is through a roof terrace that will only be used as a circulation area but not as a social area or barbecue, as it is in the process of being implemented. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential area and is part of a multi-family building, so it is not allowed to hold any type of event/party that may disturb the tranquility of the other tenants. The apartment is independent of the building and only has access through the San Martin esplanade by stairs. At the moment we do not have direct access to the beach or an elevator. We do not have private parking, however, you can park on the public road, in front of the apartment, it is quite safe and quiet.
