The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, beach towels, linens, water dispensers, fast Wi-Fi, and fun amenities for all ages. Other things to note EARLY/LATE CHECK IN POLICY We understand that travel plans can vary, and we strive to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. However, these requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as follows: Early Check-in Fees: 12 PM to 2 PM: PHP 3,500 8AM to 12 PM: PHP 5,000 Before 8AM: PHP 12,500 Late Check-out Fees: 12 PM to 2 PM: PHP3 ,500 2PM to 4 PM: PHP 5,000 After 4PM: PHP12,500 💡 IMPORTANT NOTES * Requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval based on our booking schedule. * If another guest is checking in or out on the same day, we may not be able to accommodate requests. * Late check-outs beyond 9 PM requires a full night’s booking.
