our gîte welcomes you to (re)discover Lorraine, its history, heritage and specialties, it is located close to Verdun and its many historical sites (about 10 minutes from the Douaumont Ossuary, Fort de Vaux, battlefields) 10 min from the A4, 40 km from Madine, 25 min from Meuse TGV station, 50 min from Luxembourg playground and a bowling alley at the entrance to the village, but no shops on site The space The accommodation is independent and consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed (bed linen provided), a jet shower room with toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine (towels provided), a living/TV area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishes, saucepan, utensils, cutlery, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) fiber and TV package Guest access you have access to the whole place, parking is in front of the entrance, on the sidewalk, along the terrace Other things to note NON-SMOKING accommodation the coffee maker offered is a Tassimo, we provide you with a few pods for your arrival. there is no local shop on site, Verdun and Etain offer all the useful shops and services, a van from the EIX bakery (6 km) passes by on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays around 10:00 a.m. at checkout, you are asked to turn off lights and other electrical appliances, do your dishes (or short cycle of the dishwasher) and lock the doors before dropping the keys in the key box In case of late checkout, an additional fee will be applied. From 50 to 100% of the night depending on the departure time. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect our guests to return the accommodation in good condition, a financial contribution will be requested in case of non-compliance.
