Beachside Bliss Modern Villa

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful beachside villa. Newly built in 2023, the spacious and tastefully designed 4-bedroom villa offers modern amenities, a private salt-water pool, indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy the stunning beach and ocean views and within 1 minute walk from the front door you can have your toes in the sand! The space This is a modern, fresh villa with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is laid out over two floors. The lower floor is home to the main kitchen and the open plan dining and lounge area, which have sliding patio doors opening out to the pool deck and providing stunning beach and ocean views. The pool deck is equipped with sunbeds and a parasol and there are options for sun or shade depending on your desires! The Master bedroom is also located on the lower floor, with direct access to the pool deck and patio area and it has a private bathroom. There is one more King bedroom on the ground floor, along with another full bathroom. Access to the upper floor is via a sheltered outdoor stairway. Upstairs is a kitchenette area, one bathroom and two King bedrooms. There is also an outdoor lounge area under a covered patio. The upper rooms offer even more stunning views out to the ocean and beach... can you imagine waking up to the palm trees gently swaying, the azure blue sea winking at you in the sunlight and the beautiful quiet beach waiting for your toes to be dug in to the sand! The kitchen has modern amenities, with running hot water (not as common as you may think in Thailand!) and is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery and all you would need to cook yourself up a feast. There is also a dishwasher to make cleaning up after your meals even easier. We have a water cooler machine in the villa and can provide 25-litre bottles of safe drinking water. Towels (for both in the bathroom and for use at the pool) are included and the bed linens and towels will be changed after every 3 nights during your stay. If you require extra changes of bed linen or towels it's possible but there may be a small surcharge. Electricity is included in the price, but we please ask guests to be respectful and only use the air-conditioning when the doors and windows are closed. Guest access You will have the villa entirely to yourselves during your stay, including the swimming pool. Just beside the beach we have a small restaurant/bar which our guests are very welcome to dine at and enjoy. All food & drinks are very reasonably priced and are not included in the price of the stay. We also have a massage sala on the beach and we can highly recommend you treat yourself to a massage during your stay. Massages are also not included in the price of the accommodation but are very reasonably priced. Other things to note We have other properties close by, so if you're travelling with a bigger group of planning a special event please get in touch and ask about availablility. We have hosted weddings, birthday parties and have helped make many more special occassions for our guests exactly that... special and one they will never forget!
