Book the "Villa Wolfsgrund" in combination with the "Apartment Wolfshöhle" and enjoy time together on the entire property - without having to sacrifice your privacy. 🐺🌲 We are looking forward to welcoming you soon! 🤎🧘 The space Upon arrival at the villa, you will enter the light-flooded, open living area with adjoining conservatory, where the large dining table is located and offers a wonderful view of the garden or at night in the starry sky. The inviting living area with a designer fireplace invites you to linger. From here you can reach the romantic country house kitchen, where hobby cooks with high-quality equipment, including Kitchenaid or WMF, can conjure up a feast for themselves and their fellow travelers. If you prefer to be cooked for, you can also do this in the surrounding restaurants with a diverse cuisine and culinary delights. Up the stairs you reach the upper sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. In the master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed from the brand NATURA, you can rest wonderfully. The walk-in closet with generous storage space offers enough space for all luggage. Opposite is another bedroom with two comfortable single beds - ideal for families with children. On the lower floor, you pass a second bathroom with shower and washing machine into a corridor with access to the garden terrace. Here on the left side is another romantic bedroom with a double bed. Opposite, you can immerse yourself in bygone times and the typical Black Forest flair. While you can enjoy a small nightcap at the rustic wine barrel, you can also sit comfortably together on the classic bench. From there you can reach the garden oasis with direct access, where you can enjoy the weather at the fireplace, the outdoor lounge or the wooden sun lounger. Another highlight is the small stream that flows around the garden property and offers direct access to the shallow, crystal clear water. The gentle splashing of the water and the chirping of the birds bring pure relaxation and invite you to internalize the enjoyment of "La Dolce Farniente" (translated: The sweet idleness) with all your senses. To the Wolfshöhle apartment: The cozy, small and fairy-tale apartment with about 50 square meters of living space is perfect for couples, families with children and travelers with their furry friends who are looking for peace after an adventurous day. Please note that the apartment is next to the villa and has its own entrance. The villa and apartment are not connected. You can look forward to these features: - Ikea guest bed with real mattress on 2 levels. 120 × 200 & 90 × 200 - Cozy, small apartment with en-suite bathroom with shower - TV with regional channels - Kitchenette with a hot plate (rather unsuitable for extensive cooking) - Towels and bed linen in number of guests - Konus card for all travelers who pay the tourist tax included - Pets allowed - A well-kept garden with seating and fireplace - Quiet starting point for many activities (e.g. direct hike around the lake, boat trips and much more) - Wi-Fi - Books - Shopping within walking distance - Proximity to the lake (also accessible by car or on foot) Guest access In addition to the villa, guests have access to the separate Wolfshöhle apartment (right next to the villa, but without a direct connection) and the great garden and free parking on the property. The lake shore is just a few meters away on foot. All guests who book an "apartmentglück accommodation" also have the opportunity to rent the sauna in the "House of Happiness" at discounted rates. :) The House of Happiness is just 3 minutes by car. Here's what to expect: - A private sauna for up to 4 people (at discounted rates, but completely private), relaxation room with infrared lamps and private shower (additional tea & water bar) Other things to note On the lowest floor you can still see the architecture of the lovingly renovated house - here the ceiling height is lower than in the remaining floors (about 1.95 m). Dogs are welcome to bring along for an extended cleaning fee. Please only note that the garden is not fenced, but is a little lower than the street. There is also a small stream in the garden. This is not covered and we therefore only ask you here - especially for infants - to use the garden under supervision. Any use of the property, as well as the entire facility, is at your own risk and liability. Parents are liable for their children. Please note that there is a wooden staircase in the apartment & in the villa that leads you to the living & sleeping area, but is therefore not accessible. The villa and apartment are separated from each other and have no direct access. Both in the living room and bedroom we have curtains and/or blinds that darken the premises. Around the Schluchsee there are numerous opportunities for great activities and culinary experiences. Shopping, doctors, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc. can be reached on foot. Please note: Schluchsee is a spa town and therefore the municipality imposes a tourist tax for tourist stays. The tourist tax is €3.50 p.p./ night for adults from 16 years and for children from 6 to 15€ p.p./night and is not included in the nightly rate. However, you can easily do this in advance. The tourist tax also offers more. The "Konus" program allows you to use public transport for free during your stay. In addition, there are a few partners who can offer you perks. This makes the city tax twice worthwhile. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you cannot do without something during your stay or if you have any questions.
