Amazing home with spectacular views and sunsets. The house is 1800 square feet situated right on Crescent Lake with over 100 feet of lake-front and 20 minutes from Mt. Sunapee. Less than 50 feet right to your own dock and waterfront for swimming, boating, fishing or water skiing. Or perhaps just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery with a glass of wine or cocktail while sitting on the dock or one of the two decks! The rental is equipped with 6 kayaks and 1 canoe. The dock has access to pebbly swimming area great for young children and older adults and the end of the dock is ~ 12 feet deep with a ladder. Serene views and exceptionally clean, warm lake. Crescent Lake is located in Acworth, NH right in the middle of quaint towns, including Acworth, Sunapee & Newport. Great shops, antiquing and more. This gorgeous home has two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double) and a bunk room for the kids (4+ twin beds) all upstairs, with full bath (walk-in shower). Downstairs is an open concept with 2 couches, chairs, lots of eating space and fully equipped kitchen and ½ bath. The large deck facing the water is wonderful for relaxing, dining, etc. The upper deck is great for morning coffee or sleeping under the stars. Winter activities include Mt. Sunapee just a short 20 minute drive for great downhill skiing. Other winter activities include Ice fishing, snowmobile on the local trails (bring your sled and be sure to register in NH), snow shoeing or cross country skiing on the lake. Fabulous location for fun in the sun, watersports, leaf peeping or just simply relaxing.
