Among the latter, placed in a rich and lush vegetation of 18 ha, at the foot of a lake, the "Le Chalet" cottage awaits you for an exotic, authentic and refreshing stay. Its terrace with built-in pool above the lake, its delicate and cozy interior, will delight you. The cottage can accommodate 4 people and 1 infant. For animal lovers, Le Chalet is the ideal place to relax in the countryside with a farm on the property. The owner will be happy to welcome you and make you discover her passion for these animals: donkeys, horses, many sheep, goats and chickens. Non-smoking cottage. Pets not allowed. Gite without wifi (occasional possibility on request). The owner also speaks German. On site: Private swimming pool 5.50 m x 3.50 m flat bottom 1.2 m with safety gate and alarm (open from June to end of September). 3 fish ponds with an area of 5000 M2 each, i.e. 1.5 hectares for fishing: no-kill fishing (roach, carp and black bass). Pétanque games. Small farm various animals: Horse, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens. Please note for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8 KWH per day or 56 KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site as a supplement after meter reading (depending on the amount of the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €500 will be given to the owner upon check-in. - Sheet rental: €8/pair, beds not made. - Linen and towels rental: €15 per kit / person. - Mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €50.
