Sun and Sand! Fully furnished, remodeled studio directly across from the beach! Seasonal Pool with splash pad and lazy river! Offering a King Bed, full sized sleeper sofa, refrigerator, dishes, plug in cook top with basic cookware, bath essentials, and 2 pool towels. Welcome to our little home away from home. Great Location on Ocean Blvd! 2 minute walk to the beach, 1.6m to the Airport, 2.3m to the Boardwalk and 3.8m to Broadway at the Beach! Plenty to do and see! The space We've taken great pride in renovating this unit to be new and modern. We strive to keep our unit clean and are consistently replacing items, like towels and linens to ensure they're up to par for our guests. Linens, pillows, 4 bath towels, 2 pool towels, shampoo-Conditioner-body wash and toilet paper provided. We have a cleaning company come in after every check out to get the unit ready for you. The building is lacking in appearance; however, you are right across the street from the beach! Once you walk inside our unit, you can forget about the aesthetics of the resort. And once you leave you, can let the day go by at the beach or pool! We have free parking for 1 vehicle on site. Golf carts are not permitted on the property. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves. Efficiency with a king size bed and a full size pull out sofa. This is not quite a kitchenette as we do not have an oven, but we have a 2 burner plug-in cook top, microwave, full refrigerator and sink for quick and easy meals to help defray the cost of eating out on vacation! Seasonal Pool on site, with splash pad and lazy river. Other things to note We have a brand new hybrid spring king size bed dressed with brand new super soft linens and pillows. Our bath has been re-glazed to be bright white and offer a nice clean and crisp appearance. We saved the space in the kitchen by storing the electric cook top, coffee maker and all your cooking essentials in the cabinets. There is a savvy clothes hanger on the inside wall that stores flat when not in use, and hangers, iron and a compact ironing board are under the sink for your convenience. Our goal is to make our guests feel just as at home as we do when we visit our place at the beach! The resort itself is very dated, one of the older buildings on Ocean Blvd, however our unit is brand new and clean as shown. The best part... it's right across the street from the beach! In less than 2 minutes, your toes are in the sand! There is no shared space in our condo. When you book, you will have the unit to yourself for the duration of your stay.
