All passes/wristbands must be returned at checkout. A replacement fee of $20/item applies 3. Quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am are to be observed 4. No parties of any kind. Only the number of guests listed on the booking can be on the premises at any given time. 5. Security hold of $500 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after your stay 6. A rental agreement has to be signed and a copy of the driver's license of the person booking must be provided within 48 hours of reservation or the reservation will be cancelled and subject to a minimum $75 cancellation fee. 7. NO pets due to HOA rules and severe allergies in host's family. 8. We provide passcodes for easy access to the property. In the event of an emergency, if a physical key is provided, this must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. A $350 replacement fee will be assessed per lock if key is not returned.
