Quiet room by the Garonne

I can provide you with a private bedroom with double bed, cupboard and large desk. The apartment, located on the 4th floor (no elevator), is very quiet, light and airy, with an unobstructed view over the rooftops of Toulouse. You'll have access to the spaces I'll be sharing with you: living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony. The apartment is close to all amenities: city center, ring road and public transport. Paid street parking. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space This apartment is peaceful, quiet and clean. You'll feel at home in no time! Please respect this quiet, cozy atmosphere, and observe the basic rules of communal living. Parties are not permitted. New: two adorable little Sphynx cats live here 🐾. They are very curious and affectionate. It is therefore essential that our guests love animals, are attentive to their well-being, and ensure their safety during their stay. Please note: the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. Guest access The kitchen is at your disposal, with space in the fridge and cupboards. You'll also have access to a washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom and toilet are shared. You'll have access to the living room and balcony, and I'd be delighted to share a glass of wine with you if you'd like some company. I work from home, and have a dedicated office. I will therefore be present at the apartment for the duration of your stay. During your stay I'm available to answer your questions before and during your stay! I'll do my best to guide you in my favorite city: Toulouse. I speak French, English and Spanish. Other things to note New 🐾: two little Sphynx cats live here. They’re adorable and curious — guests must love animals and keep them safe.
