Casa Turquesa is located in the historic center of Antigua Guatemala. Newly remodeled. Vibrant colors, great view of the volcanoes. Five blocks from the Central Plaza and other major attractions. Very charming and cozy place for both short- and long-term travelers. Casa Turquesa is close to restaurants, stores, and the central plazas of Antigua, and walking distance away from the main market and grocery stores. You can get to anywhere in the centro within 10--20 minutes of walking. The Casa has 2 bedrooms with one full bed and a complete bathroom located inside each room. There is also a half bathroom by the dining and kitchen areas. It has a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table with a cozy living room adjacent. There is a small terrace with a fantastic view of the volcanoes. Casa Turqusa does not have parking. A parking place nearby could offer parking for an additional charge. Prior arrangements will need to be made. Casa Turquesa is fully furnished -- decorated and styled with wood furniture and Guatemalan handcrafts. It is equipped with bed linens, towels, washer and dryer, iron with ironing board, and hair dryers. There is one smart TV in the master bedroom, and wireless internet (fiber) is provided for your convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, and a built-in water filter for drinking water. The maximum capacity of Casa Turquesa is 4 people, and the house is adult-only, no-smoking, and no pets, not suitable for small children like toddlers. Adolescents are fine. The minimum rental period is two nights. The house is completely independent with a separate entrance; Doña Elsa, the property manager, lives next door in the same building. Weekly maid service is provided for weekly rentals. Casa Turquesa is located in the South side of the centro histórico, two blocks from Parque de la Unión, and the Hospital de Obras Sociales del Hermano Pedro. It is directly across from the Ixchel Spanish School. You can walk everywhere within town, but there are plenty of taxis (or the famous TUK TUKs) if you need them. All guest can self check in and check out.
