Beach Villa - Workation Room, 400m Beach

Welcome to our home - Golden Perch. Ideal for digital nomads, our space offers a private room with a sea-view desk, high-speed internet, and ergonomic chairs. Just 400m to the beach, perfect for twice-daily walks. The room comes with a shared balcony with sunset views, fully equipped kitchen and access to our campus's swimming pool (₹100/person/day). We also provide local bike rentals, taxi and local recommendations post booking. The space The House: This is a 1 bedroom with private bathroom in a 3 bedroom villa. The guests also get access to a balcony that is shared by another guest. From the work desk, you get a view of the sea which is relaxing. In the evening, you can watch sunset from the balcony and also see the sea. The Location: We are located at 400meters to the beach in a quaint village of Zalor in Varca. It's a ideal laid back village giving you time to relax and enjoy walking up to the beach regularly. Guests who stay with us go to beach twice a day and find it very relaxing. Workstation: Our place is ideal for people seeking workation as we provide high quality furniture, comfortable work chairs and a super fast internet. There are two workstations in each room with a full HD monitor Kitchen: The kitchen is well setup and has all utensils for cooking such as microwave, a high quality induction, chimney and daily utensils. The kitchen is shared with one other guest living on the same floor. Not Child Friendly: If you are brining an infant or a young kid with you, please mark them in number of guests. More than 2 guests are not allowed. We also do not recommend our place for infants as this is not a child friendly design. Cleaning: We take pride in keeping our place clean. During the stay, guests are responsible for keeping the place clean and we provide mopping, cleaning and linen change once in three days (on request). Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is 25m length pool that is cleaned daily. Guests can use it from 9:30 AM to 6:00PM for 100 rupees per day per person. Power: We have dedicated backup for wifi leading to uninterrupted internet. There is also an inverter in the house that provides fan & light backup. Power cuts are usually 15mins long(some can be longer too) and affect ACs, induction and hot water kettles. Travel recommendations & Bike Rental: After booking, guests also receive details about bike rental, grocery option and local travel recommendations. Dogs in the complex: Our whole area has a lot of well vaccinated and friendly street dogs that are taken care of by the neighbors. We also have some dogs who stay outside the house and we take care of them. All dogs are friendly and used to guests, however guests are recommended to consult if they have a fear of dogs. Who we are: We are a group of digital nomads who understand the needs of other digital nomads well and hence we do ensure a seamless experience to our guests so they can work during the day and enjoy the beach as soon as they are off the work. You can just reach the beach by walking 4 minutes. Guest access Guests can use the main house entry whose keys are shared among all the residents of the villa. The Kitchen is located just outside the room and shared with one other guest. During your stay I like to help guest in exploring the area and suggesting places to visit and activities to do. Other things to note We follow a strict vegetarian lifestyle. Since the kitchen is shared, we can't allow our guests to cook/keep non-vegetarian food items. Besides this, guests are free to use the kitchen as they like. The whole house is a non smoking property. This includes balcony, bathrooms, rooms and all areas inside the house.
