Casa Kismet is a beautiful colonial home, powered by solar panels. Centrally located on Calle 60, a 7-minute walk to La Ermita & a 20-minute walk to Plaza Grade. The house features pasta-tile floors, high-ceilings, air-conditioning & ceiling fans in each room, hot water, pressurized water, & a water filtration system. A spacious living & dining room, & a fully equipped kitchen are perfect to gather with friends/family, as is the shaded private patio with dipping pool, outdoor shower, & garden. The space The house is located in the south side of the historic centro in the neighborhood of La Ermita. Please note that it's a 20 minute walk to Plaza Grande. Northbound public transportation runs on Calle 60 and will drop you off a couple of blocks from Plaza Grande. 24/7 free parking is available on the street, right outside the front door. Guest access The entire house is available to each guest. Other things to note For longer stays (over one week), cleaning services can be arranged at an additional fee. There is a laundromat on Calle 58 north of Calle 81 to wash your towels, sheets and personal items. If any unexpected maintenance issues arise (i.e. plumbing, etc.) we will contact you to arrange access and execute the needed repairs. Guest staying longer-term may be contacted to arrange access to clean the pool and other regularly scheduled maintenance. We appreciate your cooperation.
