Welcome to my little oasis located just 6 min from downtown Victoria. Due to local short term rental bylaws I can only host someone for a minimum of 30 days. If you are in need of a clean, calm, beautiful environment where you have access to a full kitchen, water views, pool, hot tub, sauna and walking trails this is a great option and beats the cost and low amenities offered from local hotels. I’m very chill and work a lot so you might not see me a ton. The space My place is a 2 bdr, 1.5 bath condo. You have your own private room and access to a private bathroom with a sink and toilet. Use of the soaker tub/shower is shared and located in my bathroom (PLEASE ONLY use my bathroom for shower access. You have your OWN private washroom with a toilet and sink) There is insuite laundry, full kitchen, living room and patio to share. I work 4-5 days of the week and often go to my barn so you might not see much of me accept on the weekends. I’m a very chill person and try to create a chill and relaxing space to live in :) Guest access You will be given a building and suite key upon arrival During your stay You will see me around but some weeks I’m very busy and out at 7:30-8 am and not back till 7 pm or sometimes later; even 11 pm. Some evenings I may just retreat to my room to read. I’m very chill and easy going. I just ask ppl are the same, respectful, clean up after themselves (though I will clean the whole condo once a week…vaccum, bathrooms etc) Other things to note This place has a lot to offer. Access to a pool and a hot tub (waiver of liability to be signed upon check in if you choose to use the facility building) Steps to the ocean where you can sit and relax and watch the sun set Walking trails just behind the building that lead to community gardens and the local grocery store. 13 min bike ride and you are in china town! Endless trails on the galloping goose. This space is truly a space to relax and enjoy It truly is close to resort style living! Better than a hotel in many many ways!
