Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. If an early check-in or late checkout is available, you'll receive an email or SMS offering it. The housekeeping and local operations team prepare the home between 10am and 4pm, so your timing helps them stay on schedule. Other things to note The home has a gas fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning. A gas grill and fire pit are available seasonally from May through September, along with outdoor furniture. Linen, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with backups located in the unit. Complimentary start-up amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, sponge, and hand soap - you'll be responsible for additional supplies after these run out. Welcome to Maine - the natural environment here means you may encounter seasonal insects and pests like mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, spiders, ants, no-see-ums, and deer flies, particularly during warmer months.
