Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, unfolding couch (1 person), Smart TV 65" en suite full private bathroom with JACUZZI TUB. 2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, Smart TV 55" . 3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and a TWIN BUNK BED, Smart TV 55" . A comfortable QUEEN Air Mattress at the living room. Bathrooms Are stocked with the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) our guests will need, towels are also included. Kitchen Comes fully stocked for preparing a delicious meal with: -Stove, Dishwasher, cookware, pots, pans, toaster, blender and utensils. -Glasses for wine, whiskey, champaign and other. - Salt, sugar, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods Coffee Station: Drip coffee machine, Kettle ->complimentary Coffee and tea . Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note Check-in & Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Door Access: Each guest will receive a unique keyless entry code via the Airbnb app prior to their arrival. Parking PARKING: YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK UP TO 3 CARS AT THE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS IS CITY REGULATION. ALL OTHER CARS WILL BE TOWED FOR VEHICLE OWNER EXPENSES AND THE CITY CAN ISSUE A FINE. House Rules No smoking, drug-free policy, no pets, and no parties or events.
