The space This light and bright home offers breathtaking ocean views from the many large windows in the living room and master bedroom. You can also enjoy the sunsets from the outdoor seating in the front patio. Once inside, you will be amazed how quiet and peaceful the home is. The beautifully decorated living room is a perfect place to gather and watch the 65" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu available to use during your stay. There is a brand new sectional (chaise portion can double as a make-shift bed for a 5th guest with prior approval and a fee). Also provided are board games for a fun family night and a laptop friendly work-space with WIFI (login information provided in the unit as well as prior to check-in). Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed with fresh linens, nightstand and dresser with a full closet and hangers provided. The water views from the bedroom are amazing! Bedroom 2 has a double bed and attached half bath. There is also a full-sized closet and hangers. Bathroom 1 has a tub/shower. Basic toiletries provided as well as freshly laundered towels. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Coffee lovers are sure to enjoy the coffee station equipped with a pod-style coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided. There is an electric stove available as well as full sized refrigerator and microwave. Small kitchen appliances (toaster, blender, etc.) and even a popcorn machine! Dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, etc. are also available. Pantry: There is a huge pantry which can also be used for suitcase storage, etc. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the unit along with some laundry detergent and softener sheets. The unit has central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Close to public transportation and within biking distance to Clearwater Beach (less than a 30-minute ride), downtown Dunedin (10-minute ride), and a 1-minute ride to Edgewater Park for a romantic picnic overlooking the sunset. Picnic basket provided. **Pets are welcome but please be advised this is 1 unit in a multi-unit complex. All pets must be taken out on a leash for their safety and that of other long term residents and their pets. If you choose to bring pets please respect the other tenants and do not leave your pets home alone for extended periods that cause anxiety and result in barking. Guest access We use a smart lock keyless entry system. You will receive your access code 24-48 hours before your reservation for a quick and easy check-in. This is the front unit in an 11-unit complex. There is free parking in the attached lot and a private entrance. Other things to note There is a pet fee of $50/ per pet per stay. For stays longer than 4 nights, there will be an additional $20 per pet per day fee for a maximum of $150. Maximum of 2 pets with a weight limit of 50 lbs. Please note, all dogs must be on a leash when outside the property for their safety and the safety of others. There is an extra guest fee of $25 per night per guest. Prior approval must be granted for additional guests.
