This apartment is worth experiencing! The apartment has many great details: from the 18th floor of the Tower House, you can admire the breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, enjoy the stylish interior, relax in your own sauna or go to the nearby shopping center Sello for shopping, to the cinema, library, concert or restaurants. Leppävaara's public transport stops are also located next to the apartment, and you can quickly reach, for example, the center of Helsinki by train. Welcome to enjoy! The space The apartment consists of: - a spacious, open living room + kitchen + dining area, - two bedrooms, - a bathroom with a sauna, - a glazed balcony and - a parking space in a locked parking garage. The apartment is very cozy, bright and charming. The apartment's windows are large and each window has a great view of the horizon. The apartment is a good fit for both a holiday/recreation trip and a business trip. The apartment is also a good place to work, thanks to the fast WiFi connection and the peaceful environment. Although the tower house is located right in the heart of Leppävaara, the apartment is very quiet due to its high location. From the windows of the living room/kitchen/balcony, you can see all the way to the sea and watch the passage of Tallinn's ships or the movements of Linnamäki's high-rise rides. However, the happy screams of the people on the rides are not heard all the way to the apartment. :) The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people, if necessary even 6-7. The bedrooms have: - one double bed 160x200cm, - one bed 80x200cm - a bunk bed 90x200cm - the other bedroom also has 2 extra mattresses that can be placed on the floor - there is also a travel cot for a baby and a 70x120cm spare bed for a small child. * Please let us know when you book if you need these extra beds for children. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. There are plenty of dishes, cooking/baking utensils, children's dishes, etc. The kitchen also has the most common spices, coffee, tea. If necessary, a high chair for a small child will also be brought to the apartment. * Please let us know when you book if you need a high chair. The location of the apartment next to the Sello shopping center and Leppävaara station is ideal and you will find everything you need nearby. Leppävaara Sports Park, the indoor swimming pool with its outdoor swimming pool, the Huippu climbing park and the ice rink are also within walking distance. Likewise, the children's Angry Birds playground, library, bowling alley and Sellosali are just a stone's throw away from the apartment. However, if you'd like to visit, for example, Helsinki, you can get there easily and quickly by local train. Trains run several times an hour and the journey to Helsinki Central Station takes about 15 minutes. This apartment is really worth experiencing! Welcome to enjoy. In addition: - free WiFi - free parking space in a locked parking garage for guests arriving by car - extra beds for babies and small children if needed (no extra charge) - if necessary, a high chair for a small guest (no extra charge) Other things to note Cleanliness and tidiness are important factors for comfort, and we pay special attention to these. The apartment is always thoroughly cleaned between guests. If you notice any deficiencies in cleanliness or tidiness, please let us know. The waste room of the tower house is located behind the house, opposite the parking garage. The door to the waste room opens with the same key as the apartment door. Please take the trash to the waste room and there to the appropriate waste bins. Garbage must not be left inside the building (in the corridors, etc.) or outside on the sidewalks or in the yard (attracts rats). The house is quiet from 10:00pm to 7:00am to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents. Quiet hours mean that between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. we avoid making loud noises (TV, music, etc.).
