The accommodation is located in a period building from the 1600s, in a historic street of Naples (ZTL) full of commercial activities, a stone's throw from Castel Capuano, the Duomo and Via dei Tribunali. It is the perfect location to reach all the main attractions of the city, thanks to its proximity to the central station (700 meters) and the Metro lines 1 (Piazza Garibaldi) and line 2 (Via Cavour) stops at 900 meters. The space The 45 smq accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: therefore, please note the need to climb the stairs to the entrance. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven - Living room with sofa bed, dining table and smart TV - Bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe, split A/C and smart TV - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box (note an internal step). Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the apartment is partly located in a restricted traffic zone. Key collection is possible independently starting from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11pm. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
