Both bathrooms include a shower and the kitchen is fully fitted to include all appliances and utensils. Relax in the living room drinking coffee from the Nespresso machine whilst watching NETFLIX or enjoy your meal in the dining area. Or even better why not chill out on the balcony or take the spiral staircase to your private roof top garden. Ideal for holiday makers, couples and small families and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Limassol. Wifi is included. Throughout the year guests can enjoy a dip in the building's communal rooftop plunge pool (2.5m x 3m) or sunbathe on the decking on those sunny days. Guest access Access to entire apartment Other things to note Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 20kWh per day). If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure. WiFi and water is included (no charge). During the summer season beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag if required. The apartment is non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony. There is a dedicated parking bay for the penthouse which guests are free to use (no extra charge) It must be noted that although this charming apartment is centrally located on St. Andrew's Street which can be busy at times, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night. The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay.
