Treat yourself to relaxing days in «Fø'råa» (the Federal Council House) on Sveen. 6 km from Skeikampen ski resort - which is also becoming a year-round destination - with beautiful nature that can be enjoyed on skis, by bike or on foot! There you also have restaurants and a selection of shops. 30 min to shopping malls/shopping center in Lillehammer, 30 min to Lilleputthammer/Hunderfossen, 15 min to Aulestad, and 50 min to the troll pots in Helvete, to mention a few. The house is located on a pleasant courtyard, with free parking. The space Sveen consists of the main house, "fø'råa" (the farmhouse), garage/workshop, barn, dog yard, 2, and Gammelstuggua, garbage house and ramp. New buildings are constantly appearing… Guest access When you rent Fø'råa, you have the whole house to yourself. The patio at the entrance is nice to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. It is possible to borrow a fire pan for pleasant evenings out in the summer. In winter, you can borrow snow racers and whiz down the private sledding hill behind the barn. Other things to note If you book for 3 nights or more, bed linen and towels are included. If you book for 1-2 nights, you can rent bed linen and towels for NOK 150 per person, or bring your own.
