Dream Catching Private Room in Brooklyn

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located private room in Brooklyn, NY. Only 1-minute walk to the train station and 15-minute ride via J Train to Manhattan! The place has the basics with just the right amount of creativity. Making it ideal for those traveling to the fast paced tourist destinations of NYC yet wants to have a little tranquility afterwards. This is a private room in a 3-bedroom unit w/ the bathroom shared with other guests. The space The private room has a queen sized bed w/ the basics (towels, hair dryer, mirror, lamp). You will enter the property of the semi-basement entrance via the parking space. You will see a hallway with rooms numbered 1-3. You are renting Room 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property as we are a family with history of asthma (sorry) 😅 Guest access There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker you can use. Cooking is prohibited for guests but you can use the dining table should you be bringing in food. Bathroom is located near the kitchen and is shared with other guests. There is a backyard but as of now, access is restricted. During your stay I live on the 1st Floor and you can message/call/text me should you need any assistance during your stay.
