This is a side by side single level duplex, which can also be rented as a whole and is a great option for extended family or groups of friends. This is the perfect prime beach front retreat that offers panoramic views of Catalina Island, magical sunsets, sailboats and even dolphins playing in the surf. There is always something to do at the beach! Swimming, surfing, body boarding and playing in the sand are all steps from the home. Fall in love with our pleasant and homey cottage as you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and listen to the crashing waves. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, make amazing memories, and even spot a pod of dolphins! Barstools are set up at the kitchen peninsula for dining. AC/Heat: Unit has heating and no AC, like most of the rentals on Beach Rd Exterior: Guests will enjoy a brand new deck that extends to the median high-tide line on the sand, making it a great location within the community. It is equipped with an outdoor dining set, beach chairs, a BBQ and umbrella. There is a retractable divider that can be used for privacy from the other unit. This can be taken down for guests renting both units! The driveway can comfortably fit 2 cars side by side and can be double parked, valet style. Additional guest parking is also available within the gates. What you should know: Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically. Beach Road residences are close to the newly revamped Lantern District, award winning restaurants and the Dana Point Harbor, where endless water activities await. South of Beach Road is historic San Clemente where guests can visit the famous Pier and walk along endless coastal trails. North of the property adorns memorable Laguna Beach. Guests will leave this coastal haven with endless memories! Guests will enter through a 24 hour guard gate and will be provided an entry code for the keyless home access 24 hour customer support Only 2 vehicles are allowed through the gate at any time, regardless if just visiting for the day for stays <30 days
