Sunflower House is a cozy, completely detached house in the countryside, surrounded by forests and meadows. It is designed for a peaceful getaway for up to 12 people, and includes a private sauna, seasonal jacuzzi, terrace, children's play area and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families and small groups who appreciate nature and privacy. Pets are not allowed. The space Sunflower House is a carefully renovated country house that offers exceptional comfort and warmth of homeliness. The house is entirely intended for you, which means complete privacy and freedom. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and additional IR panels, where you can enjoy social evenings by the crackling fire or read a book from the book corner. The house has three bedrooms, which are arranged over two floors. In total, they offer 10 basic beds and 2 additional beds, suitable for families or a group of friends. In the bedrooms you will find a combination of double beds, bunk beds and sofa beds, equipped with soft bedding and accessories for a comfortable stay. A baby cot is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for preparing meals - oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining room, also suitable for larger family gatherings. If you prefer to cook outdoors, you can use the outdoor fireplace or bread oven and bake pizza or homemade bread. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and next to the house there is a seasonal outdoor jacuzzi, while inside the house there is an IR sauna to add warmth and relaxation. For the youngest, there is a play corner, a forest house, children's playgrounds and a space for creating and exploring in nature. The entire space is permeated with a sense of peace and connection with nature - ideal for those looking for a break, fresh air, silence and natural comfort. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and the entire private area. Use of the jacuzzi (in the warmer months) and IR sauna is included. Play areas and other outdoor areas are shared with the owner, who is mostly absent. Parking is free. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included in the price of the night. You need to pay it in cash when you arrive. The jacuzzi is available seasonally (CLOSED from 1.1.-31.3.). Pets are not allowed. Numerous games, books and nature trails for children are available.
